Estate Group takes care of everything regarding the real property including contents removal, cleaning up the property and taking it off the executors' hands by either purchasing the property or having it sold through a Realtor. Other companies handle only one facet of the property such as hiring an auctioneer who handles content removal only and only selects items they want to auction off.

How long has Estate Group been in business?
Estate Group started out buying estate properties in “as is” condition for several years, before deciding to help executors deal with all the other parts of the property such as removal of contents "house is cleaned out and Garbage is disposed of”.

Our initial assessment of your situation is complimentary. Based on your needs, we will create a customized program suitable to your needs. Our packaged services are less expensive for you than if you were to purchase them individually.

Estate Group will offer you a good price for the home based on the condition “as is.” We base the price on what has sold in the area over the last year and how much it would cost us to get the home in top market condition.

What if I don't accept the offer Estate Group has presented?
Estate Group understands if you want the top price you can get for the home and other properties. We would then discuss the other services we can provide such as holding an estate sale, taking care of the lawn, rubbish removal, antique appraising and fixing the home using local service providers to ensure you get the best price for the home.

How can I trust Estate Group will take care of everything?
Estate Group has only the best people working with them to ensure everything is done in a very professional, timely manner. We also understand executors who live out of town may be apprehensive, so we'll note that in our agreement with you as to how often you want to hear from us. We not only have to answer to you, but we may have to answer to your attorney, so we have to make sure we are doing a great job for you.
